SmartAir leaks images and documents compressed air and gas leaks, marks the leak points, photographs the leaks and creates a leak imaging report with the most important parameters. We also make safety observations and report them. If the subscriber has an electronic reporting system, we fill in the information about the observations there.

Travel costs 0.9 EUR/km, 1/2-day or full-day daily allowance either 30 EUR or 60 EUR.
Maximum time spent at the destination is 7 hours.

The price includes:
-leak imaging at the customer's site using a leak sound location camera
-tape marking and numbering of leaks
-reporting with manufacturer's software
-digital imaging of leaks on site to facilitate repair and its planning
-For an additional fee, we will provide leak repairs on the site

Technology used
The portable leak sound location camera helps you locate air, gas and vacuum leaks in compressed air systems quickly and accurately, even in noisy environments, thanks to the extended field of view provided by the microphone assembly. Designed specifically for noisy production environments, the new SoundSight™ technology is easy to learn and effortless to use. The SoundMap™ image is combined with a photo on the seven-inch LCD touchscreen, allowing you to quickly locate the leak.
