BASIS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER<\/b><\/p>\n

The person(s) is\/are SmartAir And Energy Oy (hereinafter SmartAir) customers, those who received an offer, those who provided their contact information, or those whose contact information was obtained by SmartAir itself based on public source material.<\/span><\/p>\n

PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b><\/p>\n

The purpose of the register is to maintain the SmartAir customer register, archive customer orders, archive and process offers, and manage customer relationships. The register is also used for direct marketing purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The information may also be used for operational development, statistical purposes and to produce more personalized, targeted content in our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The data in the register can be used in its own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal data to external parties. SmartAir may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. Some of the data in the register may be transferred to the partner's servers due to technical requirements. The data is processed only to maintain the SmartAIR customer relationship through technical interfaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

SmartAir has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register as an electronic or written list, unless the customer specifically prohibits it. A list refers to, for example, mailing labels for direct advertising.
