It reliably removes condensate without unnecessary loss of compressed air and is suitable for compressed air filters, water separators and other condensate drains in compressed air systems. The device is suitable for condensate from both oil-lubricated and oil-free compressor systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Installation and use<\/strong><br \/>\nThe BEKOMAT 20 is installed at the point where condensation water is formed, such as a compressed air filter, water separator, dryer or other water drainage point in the compressed air system. The condensate must be able to flow freely to the water drain without water pockets or rises in the inlet pipe.<br \/>\nThe device operates automatically according to the level. A capacitive sensor detects accumulated condensate and controls the drain valve so that the condensate is removed without unnecessary loss of compressed air. The TEST button can be used to check the operation of the drain valve.<br \/>\nThe correct installation position, operating pressure and the dimensioning of the inlet and outlet piping must be taken into account during installation. Installation and commissioning are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer&#039;s operating instructions.<br \/>\nNote: The condensate drain pipe must not be routed in such a way that back pressure is created in the drain. Oily condensate must be treated in accordance with applicable environmental requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service and maintenance<\/strong><br \/>\nThe BEKOMAT 20 is designed to require minimal maintenance. It is recommended to check the operation of the device and the unobstructed drainage of condensate regularly, and the operation can be tested using the TEST button. During maintenance, the connections, the drain pipe and any possible impurities are also checked.<br \/>\nMaintenance and repair work is carried out on unpressurized and de-energized equipment in accordance with the manufacturer&#039;s instructions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><br \/>\nThe manufacturer&#039;s warranty is 24 months.
