Compressed air is one of the most expensive commodities, sometimes it is used very recklessly and, on top of that, up to 20% of the compressed air produced is lost as leaks into the air.

This means almost 4.4% of Finland's total electricity consumption. According to our calculations, this could mean, for example, up to 757 GWh per year of Finland's electricity consumption due to compressed air leaks alone.
