SmartAir customer register

BASIS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER

The person(s) is/are SmartAir And Energy Oy (hereinafter SmartAir) customers, those who received an offer, those who provided their contact information, or those whose contact information was obtained by SmartAir itself based on public source material.

PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER

The purpose of the register is to maintain the SmartAir customer register, archive customer orders, archive and process offers, and manage customer relationships. The register is also used for direct marketing purposes.

The information may also be used for operational development, statistical purposes and to produce more personalized, targeted content in our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

The data in the register can be used in its own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal data to external parties. SmartAir may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. Some of the data in the register may be transferred to the partner's servers due to technical requirements. The data is processed only to maintain the SmartAIR customer relationship through technical interfaces.

SmartAir has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register as an electronic or written list, unless the customer specifically prohibits it. A list refers to, for example, mailing labels for direct advertising. INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER

The personal register contains the following information:

• Person's first and last name
• E-mail address
• Postal address
• Telephone number
• Information about processed orders
• Order tracking information

DATA DISCLOSURE

The customer register information is only used when SmartAir uses an external service provider to either provide a value-added service or support a credit decision. However, the information is not disclosed outside SmartAir or for the own use of its partners, except in matters related to credit applications, debt collection or invoicing, and when required by law. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union unless it is necessary to ensure the technical implementation of SmartAir or its partner.

The registered person's personal data will be deleted at the user's request unless legislation, open invoices or collection actions prevent the data from being deleted.

REGISTER PROTECTION

The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the register requires user rights to the SmartAir internal network. The register is located on a password-protected server ordered by SmartAir.
